Our Growing Practices
Broadly speaking, our growing practices include regenerative, traditional and organic methods as we explore what sustainable agriculture has the potential to be. We incorporate Permaculture principles in our designs where we are able and as we learn new ways to do so each year. We try to wake up and go to sleep every day acknowledging and giving thanks to those who share this place with us. They include populations of elk, deer, bobcat, coyote, eagles, hawks, ravens, owls, songbirds, rodents, arthropods and soil organisms of all sorts.
